We asked HHS to help us after the Christmas snow last year brought down so many trees & branches on and around our home in Grass Valley. The crew worked tirelessly to remove the dangerous trees and brush that had fallen plus the ones that would have provided fuel should a fire move through our neighborhood. They rehabilitated the ground afterwards and our place looks like parkland now. We’ve had many complements from neighbors and more importantly our local firefighters. HHS is so versatile. They also installed a generator giving us a high level of self sufficiency and overall survivability.
It was December of 2021. We had a storm that took down so many trees on our property that it looked like a war zone. Home Hardning Solutions came in and was able to cut, stack, and burn all the downed trees. I've never met a more honest and fairer group of people. Just recently I had them come in and remove blackberries. They brought in a Masticator and in short order they were gone. By the way they were here that December in 2021 as a general contractor for my AG building. The County inspector said he had never seen such good work. All around Great People! In today's world it's not entirely easy to find a group of good, knowledgeable and competent workers that embody professionalism and honesty. HSS is that and more...to the point we have used them on 4 different occasions over the years for different projects. Specific to home hardening, they were the go to folks we called during the heavy snowfall of 2023 that downed trees preventing us from reaching our quickly dwindling propane tank and non-working well. A few years ago they put in a stone walkway surrounding our house that is both beautiful and serves as a fire break l. Fearing future fires, HSS has removed truckloads of debris. With their background in construction, they replaced a small out building with a beautiful barn. Trust is the name of the game, and we trust these folks completely! John and Janet Miles
